Subscription Billing

If you subscribe to Cellar Horizon Pro, your payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card details on our servers; payment information is handled securely by the provider.

Your Rights and Choices

You may access, update, or delete your cellar data at any time within the app. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the settings page.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. After account deletion, your data is removed within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

Cellar Horizon is intended for adults and is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy within the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
