These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cellar Horizon platform ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Cellar Horizon. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You may add wine records, tasting notes, occasions, and other content to your account. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to process and display it as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and does not infringe the rights of others.
Cellar Horizon offers a paid subscription ("Cellar Horizon Pro") billed monthly or annually through our payment provider. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
The Service includes AI-assisted features such as wine description enrichment, food pairing suggestions, drinking window estimates, and cellar appraisals. These outputs are generated by machine learning models and may not always be accurate. They are provided as guidance only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for purchasing, consuming, or valuing wine.
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Cellar Horizon and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary content.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that valuations, market prices, or AI recommendations are accurate, complete, or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cellar Horizon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial decisions made based on valuations or recommendations.
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we believe your activity poses a risk to the Service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cellar Horizon is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available within the app. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
